  • Print-on-demand merchandise (customizable items)
  • Trædrejningskurser og workshops

3. Priser

  • Alle priser er angivet i danske kroner (DKK) og omregnet til euro (€) for din bekvemmelighed
  • Prisen er pålagt 25% moms (if applicable)
  • Forsendelsesomkostninger vises ved checkout (betaling).

4. Ordrer

  • Orders are binding once confirmed and paid
  • Vi forbeholder os ret til at afvise bestilling ved mistanke om snyd eller fejl
  • Vi forbeholder os ret til at afvise ordrer ved tekniske problemer, f. eks. ved lovgivning vedr.fragt til udlandet

7. Right of Withdrawal

Under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act:

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

Exceptions (IMPORTANT)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications
  • Clearly personalized items (e.g. print-on-demand products with chosen size/color combinations)

8. Returns and Refunds

  • Items must be returned in original condition
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed
  • Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return
  • Standard delivery costs will be refunded

9. Complaints (Reklamationsret)

Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act:

You have a 24-month right to make a complaint for defective products.

If your complaint is justified, you may be entitled to:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Refund or price reduction

10. Booking and Cancellation (Lessons)

  • Lessons must be booked and paid in advance
  • Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the lesson
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule lessons if necessary.

11. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Misuse of products
  • Injuries during lessons unless caused by negligence

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Danish law.
